I have been in a lot of rooms over the years. Boardrooms, war rooms, classrooms, studios. Most of them were filled with people who looked awake but weren’t really present. That kind of energy is heavy. It pulls the air down.
Then there are rare moments when a room lights up from the inside.
That happened during my live event with Amy Leigh Mercree at Oxford Exchange. We were talking about her new book, Aura Alchemy, and how the energy field that surrounds us is not just something mystical. It is real, measurable, and deeply human. Amy asked everyone to close their eyes.
“Take a breath,” she said, “and notice the space around you.”
The whole room shifted. You could feel it. It was not performance. It was coherence.
Something in me wondered: if a single room can change its frequency that quickly, what could happen if we learned to live that way every day?
And that is where this story gets interesting.
