A few months ago, I sat in a crowded airport terminal, watching people move in a thousand different directions. Phones glowing in their hands, voices raised in frustration at delayed flights, others moving so quickly they nearly knocked into one another.

And then there was the woman sitting across from me. She wasn’t scrolling. She wasn’t pacing. She wasn’t trying to escape the chaos. She was simply… still. A small smile on her face, her hands folded in her lap, her breathing calm.

I couldn’t help but wonder: what did she know that the rest of us didn’t? How was she able to stay grounded while the world spun so frantically around her?

That image stayed with me. And when I sat down with Dr. Jodi Blinco for our recent episode of Passion Struck, it came rushing back. Because Jodi’s work is about exactly that: transforming the noise, the fear, the so-called “bullsh*t” of everyday life into something else entirely. Into growth. Into clarity. Into what she calls inner alchemy.

But here’s the part of our conversation that stopped me in my tracks…
