Thank you Moe, for this matter. I love this and my writings revolve around these kind of matters. At any phase of our life cycle, one must know how to bring back ourselves to what truly matters in life. Lucky are the ones who got chances in thier child- hood, to handle their emotions like anxiety, fear, resentments, humiliation, disappointments etc., in a healthy way. We can help others who need this awareness, before theses emotins back bite us, once turning into causes chronic illness.
A very important subject. Recently, I wrote about healing the inner child, and so much of that work comes back to this, the early experience of not feeling seen. When we begin to acknowledge and validate ourselves, we stop searching for that recognition everywhere else.
I am worthy of belonging. I am owned by Jesus, is a great comforting thought.
Build emotional resilience and reach newer heights 👍🏻
