I would love to expand on this concept more. I also believe that our homes either support this work or they don't. Are our bedrooms supporting proper rest? Is the lighting in our task areas sufficient to support the work?

I love this perspective, Natalia. In a world where work-from-home is becoming the norm, the "reminders of work" are often scattered throughout our living spaces, making it nearly impossible to fully detach. If our task areas aren't distinct and our bedrooms aren't sacred for rest, we never truly finish the day mentally. Restoring the capacity to "hear" what our body needs is much easier when our physical environment isn't shouting at us to stay activated.

And it goes even deeper when we start to understand the impact of proper lighting, indoor air quality and even how clutter affects our cognitive performance.
